Comments: Looks good, but is unplayable. Slow, boring, and presents us with the very worst music on the SMS. The floor falls under your feet several times during the game and you cannot do anything, because the ninja takes an hour to jump after you press the button. Horrible.

Its 8-bit, its better than any nintendo 8-bit game, its very well done, movement is jerky but not more jerky than Altered Beast 8-bit. Great game, and its better than SMS version of Altered Beast, the controls are very user friendly, and yes, its easy but thats good if you like shinobi but have never finished one of his many difficult games. Its fun!

Comments: Oh dear. What a terrible waste. The graphics look really good on the back, which is why I brought this (only for £10, mind). Then they move. Slow, jerky, and overall frustrating. There are plenty of floor panels which vanish, allowing you to plunge to your death. Couple that with woefully linear levels in which all you do is walk right, avoid traps and hit people, and that terrible waterfall bit, where you drop to the bottom to complete the level. What a waste of time. The bosses are easy to kill (usually, hit them when the approach), and the graphical glitches are appalling. Many sprites have a black square around them! Also, the game is too easy, and the magic is worthless. Overall, a waste of time, effort and my cash.
